A Comprehensive Review on Insulin Resistance
Abstract: Insulin resistance is a complex condition where cells in the body, such as those in the liver, fat, and muscle, do not respond properly to insulin. In-Vitro and In-Vivo Anti-Adipogenecity Activity of Two Plants using Rat Models
Abstract: This study examines how extracts of plant affect the dyslipidaemic state of fatty acid induced rats. Eight days following induction for differentiation with C-DMEM and simultaneously tested with the extracts of plant (day 8), our study found significantly reduced (p < 0.05) intracellular lipid accumulations in white muscle cells in the rats. This compared positively against the smaller reduction in accumulation found in the standard drug streptozotosin (STZ). This suppressing …

Correlational Study to Find Out the Relationship Between Information and Lifestyle Among Pre-hypertensive Employees
Abstract: Prehypertension is to increase the awareness about the lifetime risk of hypertension and to increase awareness about the reduced risk of complications. Identify individuals in whom early intervention by lifestyle modifications could lower blood pressure. Prehypertension is often associated with multiple additional cardiovascular risk factors such as obesity and diabetes mellitus. Diseases which are in the true sense multifactorial are caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors but …

A Simplified High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method For Determination of Vitamin D3 in Human Serum
Abstract: Diabetes is a metabolic disorder caused by defective insulin secretion, insulin action or both. The two major factors for the development of diabetes are pancreatic beta cell dysfunction and insulin resistance. In type 2 diabetes mellitus, production and release of insulin is unobstructed but due to factors like ageing or obesity, the produced insulin cannot compensate for the increased demand. Measurement of the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 is the …
