Response of Zea mays to Rhizophagus Intraradices with 50% Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer Prevents the Release of N2O From the Soil
Abstract: The healthy growth of Zea mays (maize) requires NH4NO3/PO4--3 fertilizers (ammonium nitrate and phosphates), are applied in unregulated doses, are associated to denitrification, generating greenhouse gases, causing global warming, loss of soil productivity, and pollution of surface water in case of phosphates. An alternative is to decrease and optimize the dose of NH4NO3/PO4--3 by applying arbuscular vesicle fungi (AVF), to optimize, the dose of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers, AVF endosymbionts …

Reactivity of Niobium(V) ComplexTowards Hydroxamate Ligands
Abstract: A niobium(V) complex with the composition [NbCl(OC₆H₄CH(CH₃)₂-2)₄] was synthesized by reacting niobium pentachloride with four equivalents of 2-isopropylphenol in carbon tetrachloride as a solvent, yielding the product in good quantity. The complex was characterized using elemental analysis, molar conductance measurements, IR spectroscopy, ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. Spectroscopic results indicate that the complex exists in a dimeric form, with bridging occurring through isopropylphenoxo ligands. X-ray diffraction analysis …

Slow-Release Nutrients in Ruminant Nutrition:Optimizing Efficiency for Sustainable Livestock Production
Abstract: The use of slow-release nutrients in ruminant nutrition has emerged as a promising strategy to enhance efficiency and promote sustainability in livestock production systems. Unlike conventional nutrient sources that are rapidly degraded in the rumen, slow-release formulations provide a controlled, steady release of essential nutrients, such as nitrogen, amino acids, minerals, and vitamins. This steady supply supports optimal rumen microbial activity, improves nutrient utilization, and minimizes metabolic disturbances, leading to …

Relooking into the Heritage of Hoysala Temple Architecture using documentation as a tool - A Case of Lakshmi Narayana Temple, Hosaholalu
Abstract: Documentation of heritage buildings through drawings is one of the traditional ways to preserve the tangible heritage of that monument. But detailed drawings are quite cumbersome and require a huge amount of time and effort. Traditional methods of documentation like photogrammetry, Tacheometry etc. may not end up giving accurate data. Recently, advanced technologies like laser scanning proved to be a quite effective tool in the fields of documentation. Laser scanning …
