A Study on Method and Modelling of Structural Analysis and Finite Elements: A Review
Abstract: The finite element method (FEM) or finite element analysis (FEA), is a numerical method usually employed for solving engineering (structural mechanics) and mathematical physics problems. Generally, the analytical solution of these problems require the solution to boundary value problems for partial differential equations. Specimens are usually tested and analysed using finite element method (FEM) for investigating the behaviour of square concrete columns confined by fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) and sheets.

Evidence of Birthing Positions in the Second Stage of Labor
Abstract: The second stage of labor is described as starting with full cervical dilatation (10 cm) and endingwith fetal expulsion. Nulliparous women had a median length of 50 minutes, whereasmultiparous women have a median duration of 20 minutes. For the mother and fetus, as well asthe care providers, the second stage of labor is frequently the most difficult aspect of the birthingprocess. The risk of maternal and fetal problems rises as …

MENTAL HEALTH AND NUTRITION
Abstract: Nearly two third of the people who do not report daily mental health problems eat fresh fruit or fruit juice every day. Those who have the habit of eating unhealthy foods such as chips and crisps, chocolate, and ready meals etc, will be complaining of mental health problems. This indicates that food plays an important contributing role in the development, management and prevention of mental health problems.

Are We Implementing Research Findings in Practice
Abstract: Nursing research is a systematic approach to identify problem, solve the problem and practice the solution. Most of the nurse researchers do the two activities and not the third. Nurse Scientist validates efforts, provides motivation, discover new clinical problems for investigation. But still there is a gap between knowledge and practice. A study conducted to identify the reason for poor or no implementation of research findings. With 200 registered nurses …

Speech Emotion Recognition using Multi- Kernel CNN for Features extraction and Random Forest Classifier
Abstract: Identifying human emotional states from speech signals is the main goal of Speech Emotion Recognition (SER), which has grown to be a significant area of study in affective computing. However, class imbalance and efficient feature extraction from speech data pose problems for many of the current methods. This study suggests a hybrid framework that combines a Random Forest (RF) classifier with a multi-kernel Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to address these …

Biomimicry, Marketing Technology or MarTech are Interlinked
Abstract: Biomimicry is exactly that! It's the practice of copying nature's proven patterns and strategies to solve human problems in a sustainable way. By learning from 3.8 billion years of natural evolution, people can create eco-friendly technologies, like buildings that save energy or materials that are kind to the environment, which also help support nature. Some famous examples come from different areas: In transportation, the Japanese Shinkansen bullet train was designed …

INFLUENCE OF CONSTANT AND VARIABLE PASTERNAK FOUNDATIONS ON DAMPED SIMPLY SUPPORTED BERNOULLI-EULER BEAM UNDER MOVING LOADS
Abstract: This study presents an analytical investigation of the dynamic behavior of a simply supported uniform Bernoulli-Euler beam resting on both constant and variable Pasternak foundations subjected to concentrated moving load with damping. The governing equations of motion were formulated by incorporating the effects of foundation stiffness, shear interaction, damping, and load inertia. Analytical solutions were obtained for both moving-force and moving-mass problems. For the constant foundation case, the Generalized Finite …

Digital Twin-Enabled Structural Health Monitoring Framework for Real-Time Damage Detection in Civil Infrastructure
Abstract: Abstract The paper discusses how Digital Twin-enabled Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) restyles civil infrastructure by finding damage in real time, decreasing costs, and increasing safety levels. As opposed to the traditional inspection methods, Digital Twins apply virtual models and sensors to observe structures like bridges, dams, and buildings immediately, which reduces the repair costs by 30–50% and extends the project’s lifespan by 20–30%. This research studies four real-world projects, namely, …
