Investigation and Performance of CNT-MOSFET Device Using Quantum-Based Modelling
Abstract: We propose a novel MOSFET design that embodies single wall zig-zag semiconducting carbon nanotubes (CNT) in the channel, as shown in Figure 1. Investigations show that CNTs have high low-field mobilities, which can be as great as 2×105 cm2/Vs. Thus, we predict that MOSFET performance can be improved by embedding CNTs in the channel. To investigate performance of the new CNT-MOSFET device, we develop a methodology that connects CNT modeling …

Intersections between Architecture and Culture and Heritage Management
Abstract: Architecture and culture are deeply interconnected, with each influencing and reflecting the other over time. Buildings are more than physical structures; they represent the beliefs, traditions, values, and lifestyles of the communities that create them. As societies evolve, architecture becomes a living record of their social, political, economic, and technological development. At the same time, cultural heritage management plays a crucial role in protecting and preserving these architectural assets, ensuring …

The Economical Managements Model of Corrosion Protection of Materials
Abstract: Corrosion affects many sectors, including industries, railways, transportation systems, marine environments, construction, housing components, engineering tools, metallic structures, and even biomedical implants. Due to corrosion, major financial losses occur in these fields. Corrosion takes place because of changes in the internal morphology of materials, or the attack of corrosive substances present in the environment. These unfavorable physical, chemical, and biochemical reactions lead to various forms of corrosion such as galvanic …
