Design and Analysis of S-Band Microstrip Patch Antenna by Using Tunable Metamaterial
Abstract: In this article, we study about the new approach of tunable metamaterials and design a suitable structure for a patch antenna for S-band in which we are compare the return loss, directivity and the gain of the antenna. All results of the simulation are done by CST Microwave studio simulation software.

Review on the Designs and Characteristics of High-Electron Mobility Transistors
Abstract: Many authors have presented different physics based analytical models to manifest the characteristics of high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). The designs of HEMTs are highly important to achieve sufficient efficiency. Conduction band engineering in HEMTs is the reason to generate a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) at the heterointerface. Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microwave engineering are the relevant areas for the applications of HEMTs.

An Efficient Ultra-Wideband Bow-Tie Antenna
Abstract: In this paper, we design and analysis the result of the bow tie antenna with ground slotting. The entire dimensions of the bow tie antenna are 25mm × 32mm. The proposed antenna is suitable for WLAN 3/4.5/5 GHz bands. Antenna is simulated using high frequency structure simulator (HFSS) V.13 which is based on finite element modeling (FEM). The antenna characteristics such as return loss, radiation pattern and VSWR of the …
