Experimental Study on Partially Replacement of Fine Aggregate & Coarse aggregate by Waste Marble with addition of S-Fiber
Abstract: Today’s world is a concrete jungle. With the ever increasing population of the world, in general and the developing countries there is the tremendous pressure on the Civil Engineer to develop a cost effective as well as ecofriendly structure to fulfill the need of the human being. Concrete is a heterogeneous mixture of binding material (cement or lime), coarse aggregates, fine aggregates (sand) and water. Fine and coarse aggregates are …

Compressive Behaviour of Lightweight Aggregate Concrete by Blending LECA
Abstract: Present work deals with the lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) by using Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate (LECA) as lightweight aggregate, LECA is used as replacement to the natural coarse aggregate in the concrete, in this experimental work percentage of lightweight aggregates are varied to study the change in the properties of concrete made by blending LECA. LECA content was varied from 20% to 100% at an increment of 20%. Total 6 …

Experimental Study of Mechanical Properties Geopolymer Concrete.
Abstract: This experimental study aimed to define the parameters for optimum mix design of geopolymer concrete made by partial replacement of cement. The geopolymer concrete is nothing but the formation of fly ash and alkali activators. Fly ash is the waste product from the thermal power station and may use as the pozzolanic material. But, only fly ash is may not the only replacement for the cement, for the more binding …

Replacement of Natural Fine Aggregate by Copper Slag
Abstract: This paper presents the applications of replacement of natural fine aggregate using copper slag. The study is conducted by replacing the fine aggregate from 0 to 100% at the interval of 20% on M25 grade concrete and 1.8% superplasticizer by weight of cement. The compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural test is studied and reported. It is observed that replacement of natural fine aggregate at 40% (CS40) gives higher …
