Coma Scoring: Necessary Knowledge for Nurse
Abstract
Comatose status is a common neurological problem in medicine. To have a good neurological nursing for the patients with problem of coma is an important issue in the clinical nursing. The basic knowledge regarding coma scoring which is an important tool for help access the patient for planning of proper nursing and emergency care.References (7)
