MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR RUBBER CHEMICALS ESPECIALLY -one -amine, & -ol.

Abstract

Indian rubber industry has much positive strength, the chemicals which is used in rubber industry has increased due to increase rubber production. The manufacturing of rubber chemicals requires extensive process. A broad spectrum of chemicals numbering into the hundreds and encompassing many structural and use categories are employed in the rubber industry for a multitude of applications. Additives can thus be classified according to their functions which include: vulcanizing agents, curing agents, accelerators, anti-degredants (anti-ozonants, antioxidants), activators, retarders, blowing agents, processing aids, reinforcing agents, mould release agents, plasticizers, solvents, bonding agents and fillers. In this review paper, we have presented manufacturing of 10 rubber chemicals which are in huge demand in the industrial market. Keywords: Plasticizers, Solvents, Rubber Production, Chemicals.
