In Vitro Culture and Water Stress Tolerance Assessment in Banana (Musa Paradisiaca L.)
Abstract: This study investigates the in vitro culture and water stress tolerance of Musa paradisiaca L. (Banana) using a systematic approach to explant preparation, sterilization, media preparation, and stress induction. Banana explants were sourced locally and treated to ensure aseptic conditions. Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium, enriched with essential nutrients, vitamins, and plant growth hormones (IAA and BAP), served as the base for culturing. The study applied Polyethylene Glycol (PEG-6000) as …

INDUCEMENT OF PGR INTO SEED TO ENHANCE NATURAL GROWTH
Abstract: The first genetic modified crop plant was produced in 1982, an antibiotic resistant tobacco plant. GM crops are the need of hour where our world faces highly disastrous climate change and whooping malnutrition among people. Still 1.2 billion people in which large part of infancy & adolescences facing mass malnutrition. According to numbers from world food programme approximately 790 million people don’t have enough food to live healthy life. Appreciate …

Utilization of rhizobacteria, Pseudomonas trivialis (L) and Earthworm, Eudrilus eugenae (L) for the qualitative and quantitative yield in the crop of radish, Raphanus sativus) (L).
Abstract: The specific density of soil microorganisms and earthworms in soil serve to orchestrate the crop growth progression. There is fruitful interactions among soil microorganisms with earthworms and crop in the field that can change the response of growth and development. The rhizobacteria, Pseudomonas trivialis (L) is a deleterious rhizobacteria (DRB) or a plant growth promoting rhi-zobacteria (PGPR) depending on the plant species. It is well known to produce Indole Acetic …

The Impact of Phytohormones on Human Metabolism and Wellbeing
Abstract: Phytohormones, or plant hormones, are vital organic compounds that regulate plant growth, development, and environmental responses. Recent research has shown that phytohormones like auxins, cytokinin, gibberellins, abscisic acid (ABA), ethylene, brassinosteroids, jasmonates, and salicylic acid may also positively impact human metabolism and overall health. Humans are exposed to these hormones primarily through the consumption of fruits, vegetables, and grains, and emerging studies suggest they may influence human metabolic pathways. This …

Rhizobacteria for Sustainable Agriculture: An Overview
Abstract: Several soil bacteria participate in the growth and development of plants, and are usually termed as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. These bacteria colonize on or near plant roots and play vital role either directly or indirectly in health and productivity of different plant species. The plant growth promoting rhizobacteria facilitate plant growth by assisting in acquisition of essential nutrients and minerals, modulating plant hormone levels and by acting as biocontrol …

Microbial Architects of Soil Health: A Multifaceted Approach to Improving Plant Nutrition, Biocontrol, and Phytohormone Production
Abstract: The intricate relationship between plants and soil harbours a thriving community of microorganisms, unseen yet essential. Through numerous mechanisms, these microscopic marvels are essential to sustaining the health of the soil and encouraging robust plant growth. Microbes in the soil are essential for enhancing plant nutrition. Bacteria and fungi act as silent collaborators, facilitating the process of solubilizing and mobilising essential nutrients like phosphorus, potassium, and nitrogen within the soil. …

Role of Plant Physiology in the Era of Second Green Revolution
Abstract: The Green Revolution is marked for the increase in food production in developing nations to face the problem of increased food demand, but the used farming techniques made the tropical soil unproductive and decreased biodiversity. This was not sustainable way for agricultural production. Designing the blueprint for the future green revolution necessitates the use of effective and sustainable methods that increase plant output while maintaining sustainability. The quest for more …

Effect of Different Types of Cytokines on Bryophyllum pinnatum Micropropagation and Evaluating the Antimicrobial Activity of In-Vivo and In-Vitro Methonolic Leaf Extract
Abstract: Medicinal plants have played an important role in primary health care system among local people in India. The present paper is a study of the traditional knowledge of Bryophyllum pinnatum, its antimicrobial activity and micropropagation. In our experiment methanolic extracts of B. pinnatum leafs were examined for antimicrobial activity against a number of bacteria and different types of cytokinins (growth hormone) e.g.thidiazuron(TDZ), diphnyleurea(DPU), and benzyl amino purine (BAP) were also …
