Polynomial Thevenin Resistance Networks for Spice Simulation
Abstract: Two networks with resistors and independent sources are considered to compute Thevenin resistance. A different network is considered where the Thevenin resistance from the previous independent networks is to be incorporated (in a polynomial representation). Different methods using Spice/Pspice software to obtain the above representation are described. SPICE/OrCAD software is used to obtain equivalent circuits for Thevenin equivalent network parameters used in polynomial form are described and other different networks …

An Overview of RF MEMS Components by Microwave Theory and Techniques
Abstract: This paper offers with a rather new location of radio-frequency (RF) technology primarilybased on microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). RF MEMS gives a class of new devicesand components which show advanced high-frequency performance relative to standard(commonly semiconductor) gadgets, and which enable new device abilities. Further, MEMSgadgets are designed and fabricated by means of techniques much like those of very massive-scale integration, and may be synthetic through traditional batch-processing strategies. Inthis paper, the …

Power Amplification based on Bulk-Drive
Abstract: ABSTRACTThis paper presents a fully integrated, low transmit-power and high-efficiency power amplifier (PA) for low-power transmitters such as wireless sensor networks (WSN). Power Amplification is a major problem in power system network all over the world, which is illegal and should be strictly prohibited, it is highly impossible due to the linear relation between Voltage and Current. Power amplification can be defined as the amplification of the electrical power without …
