Comparative Analysis of In-vessel Composter Using Microbial Consortium
Abstract: Degradation of biodegradable waste with the help of microbial consortium and In-vessel composter has occurred to be effective way for composting and it provide with a better end product for further use. This paper represents a review of literature available on research of decomposition of biodegradable waste with in-vessel composter and microbial consortium, indicating the various key factors that are important in the composting process and the results of the …

Rhizosphere hybridization: A better alternative for exploiting citrus microbiome
Abstract: Rhizosphere security has become a pre-requisite to sustain the production by exploiting the microbiome profile of acid lime, fortifying with microbes via rhizosphere hybridization is one effective way of deciphering the negative interaction between plants and microbes. The lost photosynthates from plants through root exudates creates a novel environment to harbour a diverse group of microorganisms, as a result, microbes-mediated rhizosphere exerted a diversified role in physiological plant growth and …

Microbes in Fruit Crops-An Analysis
Abstract: Fruit crops have already become a prominent alternative due to their nutritional properties, cutting short the dangerous burden on traditional repetitive cereal/tuber crop-based diets. Microbial diversity has shown varying degrees of synergism with fruit crops, which has played a catalytic role in releasing productivity stagnation through better nutrient efficacy. Because of their perennial framework and root structure, perennial fruit crops are better positioned to profit from nutrientmicrobe synergy. However, using …

Bioremediation of Oil-Spilled Sites through Seeding Naturally Adapted Pseudomonas putida
Abstract: In the present study, crude oil degradation was analyzed using isolated bacterial strains. These bacterial strains were isolated from the crude-oil-contaminated soil sample. All the isolates were identified as species of Pseudomonas, in which the Pseudomonas putida P11 and LP1 demonstrated a strong ability to degrade kerosene, gasoline, diesel, engine oil and crude oil. Bioremediation for oil spill cleanup was analyzed by the inoculation of P. putida with the addition …

Modelling the Effect of Functional Parameter Upon Temperature on The Biodegradation Rate of Hydrocarbons: A Mathematical Review
Abstract: As oil industries continue exploration and exploitation of the environment, the tendency of oil spillage, and by extension, pollution of the marine and coastal environment is on the rise. Therefore, this research work reviews the methodologies or ways of curbing this menace which includes the use ofmicrobes to consume or ‘eat up’ such oil spills in a series of redox processes. However, several factors affect the rate of consumption of …

EFFECTS OF LOW FREQUENCY ULTRASOUND TREATMENT IN MITIGATING SULFATE REDUCING BACTERIA
Abstract: Biocorrosion is associated to microorganism such as Sulfate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) presence in the environment and cause deterioration of metallic and non-metallic materials. Chemical bactericides are commonly used to mitigate SRB in the treatment process of oilfield but this method comes with disadvantages such as lower in efficiency, environment pollution, high cost and health problems. This paper shows a systematic investigation of 20 kHz frequency Ultrasound (US) performance as an …
