Material to Scheme Designation of Flash Memory
Abstract: Subjective has been to study schemes of flash memory achieve from devised formation from magnetic metals. Scriptive has been adhered scopes from usual study matter on magnetic optic (MO) memories. Shallow trench isolation (STI) has been usual procure of grooves on prior allowed device area i.e., before forming IC device on wafer. From where oxidation layer has grown thus electrical separation has pursued in integrated circuit (IC) liable to generate …

A Comprehensive Review of the Development of Magnesium Composites and the Effect of Nanomaterials on Tribo-Mechanical Performance in Automotive Applications
Abstract: Abstract Magnesium and its alloys have emerged as promising lightweight materials for the automotive industry owing to their extremely low density, high specific strength, and potential to significantly improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. Despite these advantages, the widespread structural and functional application of magnesium alloys remains limited due to inherent challenges such as insufficient mechanical strength, poor wear resistance, low hardness, and high susceptibility to tribo-corrosion under severe service …

Preparation and Characterization of Nanosize SnO2 Nanopowders by Precipitation Method
Abstract: Nanocrystalline Tin oxide (SnO2) powders have been synthesized by a direct precipitation method from an aqueous solution in the presence of SnCl4 and NH3. The crystallite size, lattice parameters, dislocation density and number of unit cells in SnO2 nanocrystalline powder (as-prepared and heated) are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results of XRD show that pure SnO2 nanocrystalline powder has tetragonal rutile structure; the broad peak indicates small crystallite size …

A Brief note on Biomechanics
Abstract: Biomechanics is generally referred to as the study of how the systems of living organisms from plants to animals, react to the various forces of nature and stimuli. Biomechanics is the science of dealing with effects produced by external and internal forces on the living body. The need to study biomechanics for any the particular case is necessary for every physical educator or coach, who is involved in teaching movement …

Friction Stir Processing & Aging on Fatigue Properties of Different Alloy: A Review
Abstract: The FSP process is a thermo mechanical processing techniques which is carried out by means of pin tool that will heat and mechanically deformed the material. FSP has been developed to produce UFG by applying compressive load with a suitable Tool. To enhance the mechanical properties like strength, fatigue, hardness as well as other properties like optical, electrical, magnetic the microstructure is that decides them. We refine grains by large …
