The Study of Magnetic Properties and Applications of II–VI Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor, Zn1–xMnxO Nanoparticles
Abstract: Ferromagnetism in II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductor, Zn1-xMnxO is studied. The magnetic behavior of this Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor (DMS) is determined by using the Heisenberg and the Green’s formalism. Heisenberg’s Model describes the Hamiltonian of the system in terms of spin density and excitons. In the same way, Green’s theorem is used for calculating magnetic quantities. These theorems are employed to estimate the origin of ferromagnetism in Zn1-xMnxO nanostructures. For spin- …

Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor Nanoparticles: AI Enabled Ferromagnetic Resonance Imaging and Immunotherapy
Abstract: Dilute magnetic semiconductors are attractive areas of specialty in semiconductor technology, material engineering, and condensed matter system. The model employed to manipulate the Hamiltonian of the system is the Heisenberg Model. By considering a cloud of electron gas and employing equation of state, the fractions of demagnetization factors were determined. Besides, the thermodynamic relation between magnetization and temperature is determined by analyzing the Helmholtz free energy. In this research, some …

Ferromagnetism in II-VI Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor, Zn0.96Mn0.04O Nanostructures by Green’s Theorem
Abstract: Ferromagnetism in II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductor, Zn0.96Mn0.04O is studied. Using the Heisenberg principle, the spin exchange between the neighboring spin is discussed. Heisenberg’s model describes the Hamiltonian of the system in terms of spin density and excitons. Mathematically, magnetic parameters such as magnetizations and magnetic susceptibility are determined by Green’s function. Ferromagnetism is expected from sp-d exchange interactions (RKKY), point defects such as oxygen vacancies, and Zn interstitial and quantum …

Ferromagnetism in Rare Earth Metal Doped ZnO: A Theoretical Approach
Abstract: The ferromagnetic properties of Diluted Magnetic semiconductor, Zn1−xDyxO is studied from theoretical point of view. The Heisenberg’s and Greens theorem determine the Hamiltonian of the system. The interaction between the nearest neighboring spin is determined by retarded Greens function. By using Greens theory, defect-induced ferromagnetism is discussed. For the ferromagnetic states, the expected exchange integral is positive and negative for the antiferromagnetic states. In addition, from magnetic property, the temperature …
