Thermo-Acoustic Investigation of Molecular Interactions in Aqueous Solutions of L-Histidine at Different Temperatures
Abstract: The present study investigates the acoustic and thermodynamic behavior of aqueous solutions of L-Histidine across a concentration range of 0.01 m to 0.1 m and temperatures varying from 293.15 K to 318.15 K in 5 K intervals. Ultrasonic velocity (μ), density (ρ), and viscosity (η) measurements wereconducted with high precision to understand the solution behavior under different thermal conditions.Temperature constancy during measurements was ensured using a refrigerated circulatory bath withwater …

Magnetorheological Fluids as A Smart Material; A Prospect for Medical and Technological Application
Abstract: The effect of magnetic field on honey and blood, yolk and lave lake is investigated. The study reveals that the magnetic field guided bee honey and blood exhibits the magnetorheological fluid characteristics. The magneto resistive contribution is treated in terms of drug force in order to determine the coefficient of viscosity. The research presents that the viscosity of studied fluids will increase with the application of magnetic field. The variables …

Experimental Studies on the Surface-Driven Microfluidic Flow of Dyed Working Liquids in Sudden Expansion Microchannels Fabricated by Polymer
Abstract: In this experimental work, the sudden expansion microchannels are fabricated by maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography, drilling, direct bonding technique and chip separation technique using own hands-on of author completely. Total 15 individual sudden expansion microchannels are fabricated in this work using polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) as optically transparent polymer. Effects of channel aspect ratio, surface wettability and liquid viscosity on surface-driven microfluidic flow are experimentally studied in the fabricated sudden expansion …

Thermodynamic Explanation on Surface-Driven Capillary Flow of Working Liquids in the Microfluidic Devices Fabricated by Polymers
Abstract: In this experimental work, total 100 individual microfluidic devices are fabricated by polymers using author’s own hands-on completely. A set of straight microchannels, gradual expansion microchannels, sudden expansion microchannels and sudden contraction microchannels are fabricated by SU-8 using the maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique. Another set of straight microchannels, gradual expansion microchannels, sudden expansion microchannels and sudden contraction microchannels are fabricated by PMMA using the maskless lithography, hot embossing …

Nanofluids for the Synthesis of Solar Thermal Energy
Abstract: The use of Al2O3-Water nano-fluids in a solar flat plate collector to increase solar energy collection and conversion is examined in this research (SFPC). Both experimental and theoretical analysis is done to determine how effective a solar flat plate collectors is while using water as the fluid medium. Al2O3- Water nanofluid was chosen as the fluid medium to increase the SFPC's capacity for solar energy collecting and conversion. A few …
