Theoretical Analysis of GaN/AlGaN Based Quantum Well Structure
Abstract: In this paper, we have studied the GaN/AlGaN Based quantum well Structures and describe the numerical code for calculating the band structure of GaN/AlGaN quantum-well wurtzite semiconductors. We have used Luttinger Hamiltonian matrix for calculating wurtzite semiconductors. We have considered Schrodinger wave equation using finite difference method for conduction band calculation and Luttinger Hamiltonian matrix using finite-difference method is used for the calculations of the valence band structures of GaN/AlGaN …

Behaviour of Spatial Correlation Function for Frustrated Antiferromagnetic Material
Abstract: The study of antiferromagnetism in material involves the application of quantum fundamentals. This enforces research in the exotic field to have a better understanding of superconductivity and its applications, quantum technology and many more. This article exposes the non-trivial topology giving rise to frustration in the lattice in antiferromagnets and the Hamiltonian of the system. The spatial correlation function is examined for different values of sites and axis of interaction. …

Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor Nanoparticles: AI Enabled Ferromagnetic Resonance Imaging and Immunotherapy
Abstract: Dilute magnetic semiconductors are attractive areas of specialty in semiconductor technology, material engineering, and condensed matter system. The model employed to manipulate the Hamiltonian of the system is the Heisenberg Model. By considering a cloud of electron gas and employing equation of state, the fractions of demagnetization factors were determined. Besides, the thermodynamic relation between magnetization and temperature is determined by analyzing the Helmholtz free energy. In this research, some …

The Study of Magnetic Properties and Applications of II–VI Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor, Zn1–xMnxO Nanoparticles
Abstract: Ferromagnetism in II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductor, Zn1-xMnxO is studied. The magnetic behavior of this Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor (DMS) is determined by using the Heisenberg and the Green’s formalism. Heisenberg’s Model describes the Hamiltonian of the system in terms of spin density and excitons. In the same way, Green’s theorem is used for calculating magnetic quantities. These theorems are employed to estimate the origin of ferromagnetism in Zn1-xMnxO nanostructures. For spin- …

Ferromagnetism in Rare Earth Metal Doped ZnO: A Theoretical Approach
Abstract: The ferromagnetic properties of Diluted Magnetic semiconductor, Zn1−xDyxO is studied from theoretical point of view. The Heisenberg’s and Greens theorem determine the Hamiltonian of the system. The interaction between the nearest neighboring spin is determined by retarded Greens function. By using Greens theory, defect-induced ferromagnetism is discussed. For the ferromagnetic states, the expected exchange integral is positive and negative for the antiferromagnetic states. In addition, from magnetic property, the temperature …

Ferromagnetism in II-VI Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor, Zn0.96Mn0.04O Nanostructures by Green’s Theorem
Abstract: Ferromagnetism in II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductor, Zn0.96Mn0.04O is studied. Using the Heisenberg principle, the spin exchange between the neighboring spin is discussed. Heisenberg’s model describes the Hamiltonian of the system in terms of spin density and excitons. Mathematically, magnetic parameters such as magnetizations and magnetic susceptibility are determined by Green’s function. Ferromagnetism is expected from sp-d exchange interactions (RKKY), point defects such as oxygen vacancies, and Zn interstitial and quantum …
