Advancement of Poly-(ADP – Ribose) Polymerase (PARP) Inhibitors in Cancer Progression and Treatment
Abstract: DNA repair mechanisms are the most common and potential targets in cancer treatment. PARP enzymes play a crucial role in detection of DNA damage and its repair and also in apoptosis. Detailed knowledge of these mechanisms leads to the development of poly-(ADP-Ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors as vigorous anticancer drugs with specific action. PARP inhibitors can selectivity kill tumours with deficiencies in DNA repair proteins like BRCA1/2, exploiting synthetic lethality concept. …

An Overview of Stem Cells
Abstract: Immature microorganisms are a class of undifferentiated cells that can separate into specific cell types. Generally, immature microorganisms originate from two fundamental sources: • Embryos framed amid the blastocyst period of embryological advancement (embryonic immature microorganisms) and • Adult tissue (grown-up immature microorganisms). Both types are for the most part characterized by their strength, or potential to separate into various cell types, (for example, skin, muscle, bone, and so on.).

An Evaluation of Lactate Dehydrogenase in the Lindane Exposed Fresh Water Fish, Channa punctatus
Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the changes in lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and its isozyme profile in the lindane exposed fish, Channa punctatus, after 96h treatment with three subacute concentrations (0.025, 0.05, 0.1mg/l)). The results showed decreased activity of LDH in different organs of the fish; the values recorded were in following order: gills>brain>liver>muscle>heart>kidney. The maximum decrease was found in liver (22.53%) and minimum in muscle (12.74%). …

Resilience Enhancement for Animal Breeding Programs
Abstract: Resilience is an animal's ability to be unaffected by disturbances or to quickly reverts to the condition it was in prior to the interruption. Furthermore, generic markers for response to various environmental disruptions are still to be developed, and so resilience may not yet be included within the breeding strategies. New resilience indicators based on data obtained have been implemented as a result of recent improvements in big data collection, …
