Aerogel to Study Nano-composite
Abstract: This article has linked to economic aerogel utility of build as by apply of thermal insulation from high and low temptation than usual subscription. Aerogel for building construction always esteemed to be damp proof reticulated architected formation. Space mission is inclusive afterwards as an energy absorber. Typified composite form mostly subjected to class as notified form after solidification on drying gelatinous composes from carbon, clay and silica. Multifunctional material characteristics …

Fabrication and Study of Natural Plant Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites
Abstract: Snake grass fiber (sansevieria trifasciata fiber, STF)-strengthened polypropylene (PP) based composites (30 wt% by fiber) was made by hot press technique. STFs were modified by ultraviolet (UV) rays and the composites they produced were evaluated. Optimized STFs were again modified with monomer using UV rays to progress the mechanical features of the composites. Monomer concentration and no. of UV rays were optimized in terms of grafting and mechanical features of …

Experimental Demonstration on Polymer based Microfluidics
Abstract: In this experimental work, a single polymer based gradual expansion microchannel is designed. This microchannel is fabricated by the maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography and direct bonding technique inside the cleanroom laboratory. Dyed water is the prepared working liquid in this work. The surface-driven (passive) microfluidic flow of dyed water is recorded in the fabricated device using a CMOS camera catching 25 frames per second with a corresponding time-scale resolution …

Development of PVC Flute and Acoustic Testing for Commercial Production
Abstract: Flute is a musical instrument generally made of bamboo. Bamboo flute has less life and high price. Thus more durable material can be used which cannot be affected by environment. The PVC is most popular material which possesses these qualities and also cost effective. However, it should produce same pitch quality. This work focused on an idea to develop a high quality PVC pipe flute. A simple drill is used …

Thermal, Mechanical, Morphological and Rheological Behavior of HDPE and Algae Based Polysaccharide Blend
Abstract: The use of renewable resource based materials as filler for thermoplastic polymers showed wide scope in agriculture, textile and commodity applications due to low cost and high mechanical properties. In this work marine red algae based polysaccharide was used as a filler material for high density polyethylene (HDPE). The polysaccharide extracted from marine based red algae is a byproduct of algae to oil extraction process. The blends were prepared using …
