A review on the Organic Light-Emitting Diodes
Abstract: Organic Light emitting diodes OLED have received a large interest in the research community for the last few year. Device consists of a thin film placed between two electrodes of an organic compound. By applying a voltage to the electrodes, charges get injected into the organic Material where they form excited states that recombine and generate light in the past five year OLED display have developed into commercially available in …

FESEM and HRTEM Analysis of ACNT-MoS2 Nanohybrids
Abstract: Material characterization is very important aspect of material science for characterizing the material. Specially field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) are very useful for characterize the nano-structured material. Here amorphous carbon nanotube – MoS2 nanohybrids were characterized by using FESEM and HRTEM method. Amorphous carbon nanotube-MoS2 nanohybrids were prepared through hydrothermal method using amorphous carbon nanotube, hexaammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate and thiourea as main …

Preparation of Conducting Polyaniline Film for OLED Application
Abstract: Polyaniline is a conducting polymer of the semi-flexible rod polymer family, this polymer captured the intense attention of the scientific community due to the rediscovery of high electrical conductivity. In present work we have prepared the polyaniline with the chemical method and done various characterization UV – vis, FTIR, and SEM. Thin film of polyaniline is prepared with the help of spin coater and determine the I-V characteristics and also …

Amorphous Carbon Nanotube-MoS2 Nanohybrids : A New Future Material in the Application of Battery, Supercapacitor and Field-emission Display Devices
Abstract: The discovery of graphene make the researcher interested towards the other two-dimensional material which has quite similar properties like graphene. Among them, MoS2 nanosheets has extraordinary optoelectronic and physical properties. It has several applications in developing battery, sensor, optoelectronic device etc. On the other hand, amorphous carbon nanotube can be synthesized by using a low temperature chemical process. Due to the easy processing of amorphous carbon nanotube (ACNT), good optoelectronic …

Effect of nano Aluminum on Thermal Behavior and Ignition Characteristics of Al/KClO4 Thermite Composition
Abstract: Ignition experiments of micron size Al/KClO4 (ALCLO) thermite composition was carried out at high heating rate (40°C/min.) using DTA (differential thermal analysis), and it was observed that no ignition took place up to 700°C. Similarly in case of STA (simultaneous thermal analyzer) experiments, no ignition peaks were found up to 1100°C at 20/min. ALCLO when ignited in a bomb calorimeter for heat of combustion output measurement it produced a large …
