Efficiency of Super Heterodyne Fabricated Matter
Abstract: Nano fabrication efficacy has been efficient features to the system of Bluetooth low energy (BLE) from assigned overcome from discrete-time (DT) superheterodyne receiver (RX). Additional characteristic of DT-RX system is for applicability to internet-of-things (IoT), commercial Bluetooth and 2G cellular radios, while alternative to software-defined radio applicability. Implicative produce has furnished evolve of programmable capacitor for switched-capacitor (SC) structure. Program has added to flex digitally intensive scriptive system, which has …

Analysis of Electronic Circuits Equipped with Free Wheel Diodes
Abstract: This paper addresses the important role of the flyback or freewheel diodes in the protection of electronic circuits as well as their impact on the transient response of these circuits. Sample case studies are presented and analyzed in the time domain using the software Mathematica (Version12.1). Without any loss of generality, a delayed step- voltage source starting at the time point 2 seconds and a single diode are assumed. The …

Automatic Door Lock System with Security using IoT
Abstract: Smart door locking systems have become more sophisticated as technology has advanced. Though an automatic password-based door lock system provides a more secure method of locking and unlocking the system, because of the ongoing Covid situation, it is extremely dangerous to touch the keypads, which are frequently used by different people. Hence, in this project we use RFID tags and Arduino. The RFID card reader detects and validates the user's …

An Improvement of Out-of-Band Suppression in Common-Gate LNA with Transformer-Based Input Matching Network for BLE Applications
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to improve out-of-band suppression in capacitive cross-coupling common-mode LNA with transformer-based input matching for BLE applications. Starting from an overview of the transformer-based matching network, the problematic issue is addressed through analytical considerations and its solution is presented. Transformer-based matching introduces an undesired peak response by an extra conjugate pole pair owing to the imperfect magnetic coupling of the transformer which degrades the suppression …
