Bioplastics: A Review
Abstract: Plastics made from renewable biomass sources and some have been produced by processing natural biopolymers. Biodegradable bioplastics can be used to reduce the problem of plastic waste materials, which is choking the planet and damaging the ecology. The advantage of bioplastics is that they are not dependent on fossil fuels as a source of raw material. With regard to oil production, fossil fuels are a finite and irregularly divided resource …

PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF BROWNTOP MILLET AND EVALUATION OF ITS SUITABILITY IN PRODUCT FORMULATION
Abstract: The present study aims to investigate the physicochemical properties of Browntop millet, comparing it with refined wheat flour and evaluation of its suitability in product formulation. The proximate composition (moisture, ash, protein, fat and crude fiber) and functional properties (solubility, swelling power, water absorption capacity, oil absorption capacity andbulk density) were studied using AACC standard methods. The product bread was formulated by replacement of refined wheat flour of different levels …

REFLECTION ON INDUSTRIALIZATION STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA
Abstract: This paper discusses Industrialization Strategy for Sustainable Economic Development In Nigeria. The means by which development has been conceptualized determines the message that is passed across. Depending on the situation, development can be seen as a state, a process and a characterization all encapsulated in a word. In the 1950s and 1960s, development was viewed by the United Nations Organization (UNO) as an economic phenomenon in which rapid gains in …

Comparative In Vitro Characterization of Curcumin Loaded Emulgel Formulations
Abstract: This study focused into the development of a curcumin-loaded emulgel. Different concentrations of Carbopol were used to formulate these emulgel. The in vitro evaluation of these formulations was carried out, focusing on parameters such as viscosity, rheology, pH, microbiological assay, and swelling index. The findings shed light on the promising potential of curcumin-loaded emulgels as a delivery system for herbal therapeutic carriers. The results contribute to the advancement of innovative …

Tuning Superconductivity in ABO3 Type Multiferroic Nanocrystals
Abstract: We present a suitable ways for tuning superconductivity in type multiferroics nanocrystals. It is seen that as a smart materials, multiferroics nanocrystals present distinguishing properties including ferroelectricity, piezoelectricity, ferrotoroids, magneto electrics and ferromagnetism. The reasons for the existence of multiferroicity are interactions of photons with these analytic molecules, electron doping and crispr, which adds or alters the electronic, optical and magnetic properties dramatically. It is clarified that the existence of …
