The advanced composite materials production by new method using the process of vibro-turbulization
Abstract: Typically, the methods of composite materials production, such as epoxy bases, include preparing a binder by mixing a hardener, a solvent and an epoxy resin, infusing a fibrous or powder filler with a binder, and hardening by heating under pressure. These methods do not permit to reach the main goal of the production of advanced composite materials with a basis (matrix) filled by uniformly dvistributed fibrous or powder filler (armoured …

Mechanical characterization of hybrid natural fibre composites developed through compression moulding process
Abstract: Increasing environmental concerns these days due to excessive consumption of fossil-fuel products have impacted our atmosphere, which has led several researchers to work in the field of polymer composites reinforced by natural fibres. In this research, the emphasis is on developing the completely biodegradable green composites using polylactic acid (PLA) as a matrix and reinforcement with jute and sisal fiber by compression molding method and effect of various parameters on …

Dynamic Behavior of Hybrid Unidirectional Without Cracked Composite Plate
Abstract: The composite material is one of the most common materials used in engineering applications due to the wide range of properties, high strength, cheap, easy to manufacture and lightweight. Therefore, many studies and researches have been conducted and are currently being conducted to obtain the appropriate mathematical models that describe the behavior of these materials when exposed to different types of mechanical loads. A mathematical model was built by using …

Calculate the natural frequencies with Cracked for Hybrid Unidirectional Composite Plate
Abstract: A mathematical model was built by using ANSYS (2D, 3D) models and MATLAB to represent composite materials. The natural frequencies were calculated for type of composite plates with of boundary conditions clamped from each edge (CCCC). In the vibration analysis, the finite element and MATLAB results showed there was an increase in the first, second and third natural frequencies by increasing the volumetric fraction of the fiber. In the cracked plate, …
