Hydraulic Flushing Flux Enhancement Techniques in Membrane Separation Processes: A mini Review
Abstract: Looking into current scenario of the wastewater generated from the allied industries which leads researcher and industry persons to reclaim the water to certain extent. Conventional methods removes the pollutants and toxics to maximum level but quality of water is the must requirement for the industries to work efficiently. Membrane separation processes play vital role in rectifying the conventional method by replacing them to some extent or by hybrid mixture. …

Sliding wear behavior of plasma sprayed NiCrAlY-WC based composite coatings on AA5083 alloy
Abstract: WC based coatings was deposited by thermal spray process have been extensively used in industrial application to counter abrasive type of wear. In this study, for the first time NiCrAlY-WC based composite coatings were deposited on AA5083 substrate by plasma sprayed coating technique. The composite coatings were characterized by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and microhardness. Sliding wear behavior of coated and uncoated samples was carried out on …

Three body Abrasive wear behavior of A356 Aluminum alloy in different Solution treated condition
Abstract: In the present study, solution treatment of A356 Al alloy was carried out in three different ways namely T4-Solution Treatment – TB Condition, T5-Precipitation (Ageing) – TE Condition and T6-Solution Treatment and Precipitation Hardening – TF Conditions. Three body abrasive tests were carried out for all the solution treated samples as well as base metal. The influence of the heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness and abrasive wear resistance behaviour …

Mechanical Behavior and Model Fitness of the Natural Fiber Composite: A Study on Orange Peel and Charcoal Composite
Abstract: In this paper, orange peel with charcoal in addition with epoxy resin composite is tested for the behavior of mechanical properties. The results depicted that the best hardness, thickness, tractable flexural are getting for the material organized with the 20 % of weight sustained orange strip epoxy composite. The obtained results were also tested for regression analysis for validate the experimental data for assessment of model fitness. Keywords: natural composite …

INFLUENCE OF PROCESS PARAMETERS IN BLANKING USING ANSYS EXPLICIT DYNAMICS
Abstract: The shearing process such as the blanking of sheet metals has been used often to prepare work pieces for subsequent forming operations. In the current literature it prescribes a model investigation of the effect of process parameters influencing the blanking process on the part edge quality of blanked parts. The blanking process model, simulation and optimization are carried out by using CATIA V5R20, explicit dynamics with ANSYS package. The objective …
