Ferromagnetism in Rare Earth Metal Doped ZnO: A Theoretical Approach
Abstract: The ferromagnetic properties of Diluted Magnetic semiconductor, Zn1−xDyxO is studied from theoretical point of view. The Heisenberg’s and Greens theorem determine the Hamiltonian of the system. The interaction between the nearest neighboring spin is determined by retarded Greens function. By using Greens theory, defect-induced ferromagnetism is discussed. For the ferromagnetic states, the expected exchange integral is positive and negative for the antiferromagnetic states. In addition, from magnetic property, the temperature …

Nanotechnology is A Boon for All Field
Abstract: Presently not nearly people will now surprise with the word “Nanotechnology”. some humans nonetheless do not understand approximately the effect of nanotechnology in each day existence. Nanotechnology is a contemporary science engineering and era. Its miles operated at the nanoscale (1- one hundred nanoscales) One nanometer to billionth of a is same meter. It’s far an extend subject. Many extremely good engineers and most suitable scientist work difficult making substances …

Magnetic Priority Encoder Based on Spin Devices
Abstract: Energy dissipation has already become an important consideration in the design of digital integrated circuits. Because current-induced domain-wall (DW) motion is a common switching mechanism, high-density, low-power, and high-speed circuits are possible. Because spin computing is one of the most common sources of energy dissipation, employing spin logic to design digital circuits is an effective way to reduce the circuit's energy dissipation. As a result, a new spin-based priority encoder …

Plasmonic Devices for Electromagnetic Wave Concentration
Abstract: The EOT effect is enhanced by the concentration of EM waves. We explored optical transmission through arrays of nanohole pairs and found that the EOT effect through subwavelength nanoholes is enhanced by the confinement of electric field, and that the transmission is substantially higher than predicted. The optical transmission capabilities of arrays of isolated nanohole pairs and bridging nanohole pairs in gold with various geometrical configurations were explored and investigated …

Radiative Flow of Energy Consumption with Varying Building Structures
Abstract: The current study deals with Radiative flow of energy consumption with varying building structures solved by boundary value problem. Application of heat transfer takes place in Industrial and Engineering sectors to overcome the difficulties which arise from radiations in building construction. This is shown by taking few unique shapes of buildings as examples which are ellipsoid, isohemi hexagon, isohemisphere and torus ring. The heat transfer taking places of these structural …
