Effect of MoS2 Nanosheets on ACNT-MoS2 Nanohybrids
Abstract: Here amorphous carbon nanotube – molybdenum disulfide nanohybrids were prepared using hydrothermal method. Here the amount of thiourea and hexaammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate were taken in two different amount such as 2.34g:1.28g and 4.68g:2.46g. The amount of amorphous carbon nanotube were kept at 0.5g of fixed amount. Finally the two as prepared nanohybrids were characterized by using field emission scanning electron microscope method.

Two-dimensional MoS2 Nanosheets: Preparation and Characterization
Abstract: The amazing properties and useful applications of graphene in the field of sensors, electronics and material science opens a new challenges to other two dimensional semiconductor materials. Specially due to extraordinary electronic, mechanical and optical properties, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is attracting huge interest in several applications. Single layer MoS2 with direct band gap shows better semiconductor behavior such as photoluminescence, makes them more acceptable in optoelectronic applications in comparison with …

Studies on the Electrical Characteristics of Single-Heterojunction GaN based HEMTs with AlGaN Nano-Layer of 21 nm
Abstract: In this work, we have studied the electrical characteristics of single-heterojunction AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). The effects of drain voltage and gate voltage on variations of drain current have studied on the basis of simulated HEMT structures. Also, we have studied the effects of aluminium mole fraction, gate length and doping concentration on variations of drain current based on the simulated HEMT structures. This present work will be …

The Impact of Tilt Angle on Photovoltaic Panel Output
Abstract: Photovoltaic panels are getting embedded in our life because of their numerous advantages. In order to get the maximum output from the solar panels, it is very important to align the solar panels to the correct angle. These angles play an important role in the efficiency of the photovoltaic panels. For the correct alignment, one should know the proper path that the Sun appears to take during the day. Sun’s …

Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorescent Core-Shell Ag@SiO2 and Ag@MoS2 Nanoparticle
Abstract: Among metals, silver (Ag) and gold (Au) NPs have attracted significant interest owing to their extraordinary optical properties related with the localized surface Plasmon resonance. However, the main drawbacks of colloidal nanoparticles, making them barely useable in the photovoltaic field, are their low colloidal stability. To overcome this problem we have developed a new class of fluorescent core-shell Ag@SiO2 nanoparticles, or simply called (MEF) nanoparticles. Different characterization techniques UV-Vis, PL …
