Virosomes: Understanding the Modern Concepts and Latest Applications
Abstract: A virosome is a cutting-edge hybrid drug delivery method that combines the benefits of viral and non-viral vectors. A virosome has been shown to transport a variety of physiologically active substances, including nucleic acids, peptides, proteins, and tiny chemical compounds, according to research. Surface changes of virosomes may be used to enable targeted medication delivery utilising virosome-based devices. There are presently a variety of virosome-based preventive and therapeutic medicines on …

Dynamics of Progesterone Concentration and Fertility Response in Postpartum True Anestrus Buffaloes during Breeding and Low Breeding
Abstract: Efficacy of Ovsynch (OVS) and CIDR-Ovsynch (COVS) protocols in the treatment of true anestrous buffaloes and progesterone concentration was studied during breeding and low breeding season in farm and field. The percent conception rate at induced/observed estrus were 41.66(5/12) and 28.57 (4/14) in OVS and COVS group, respectively in farm conditions, while percent second service conception rate was 16.66(2/12) and 14.28(2/14) respectively, whereas percent third service conception rate was 00.00(0/12) …

Avian Pathogenic E. Coli Alters the Transcriptome Profile of the Liver in Broiler Chicks
Abstract: Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) causes different pathological conditions in chickens of all age groups. In the present study, the transcriptome profile of APEC infected liver samples and control birds was studied. We sequenced 12 liver RNA libraries generated from six APEC infected and control liver samples, respectively. The RNA Seq of the control and infected liver samples generated 10.64 to 13.80 million pair-end reads. Genes were detected as differentially …

An Evaluation of Lactate Dehydrogenase in the Lindane Exposed Fresh Water Fish, Channa punctatus
Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate the changes in lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and its isozyme profile in the lindane exposed fish, Channa punctatus, after 96h treatment with three subacute concentrations (0.025, 0.05, 0.1mg/l)). The results showed decreased activity of LDH in different organs of the fish; the values recorded were in following order: gills>brain>liver>muscle>heart>kidney. The maximum decrease was found in liver (22.53%) and minimum in muscle (12.74%). …
