As per the aspects wise, the barriers for implementation score regarding General knowledge was 7.89 ± 1.30; regarding Education and Teaching, score was 11.94 ± 2.65; finance and resources score was 12.42 ± 1.50; regarding legal aspects, score was 11.63 ± 2.34; about social status, score was 9.06 ± 2.39; and availability and accessibility score was 9.06 ± 2.39. Conclusion: The study findings showed that for implementation of Nurse lead birth clinic, very few nurses find moderate barriers in some aspects and highest number of nurses find substantial barriers for implementation of NLBC.
