Abstract

A study was conducted to assess the knowledge of infertile couple regarding the infertility and its management before and after administration of planned teaching programme. The investigator has chosen the quasi-experimental research design. Forty infertile couples of Reshambai Infertility Hospital, Shahibauag, and Shital Women’s Hospital, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, are selected as a sample of the study. The data were analyzed using pre-test and post-test knowledge score and standard deviation. The various finding of the study shows that the planned teaching programme developed by the researcher was found to be effective in enhancing the knowledge of infertile couple.
