Abstract

This research demonstrates the effectiveness of activators used to monitor the yield of ethanol production and the role of the physicochemical parameters. The activators used in this study is Morign oleifera and NPK fertilizer as well as the process enhancing microbial activities in the bioreactor for the production of ethanol. The experimental result reveals that the physicochemical parameters enhance the effectiveness of increase in ethanol production, because the physicochemical parameters increased the rate of the reaction due to the addition of the Morign oleifera and NPK fertilizer as a bio-simulant. The variation in the physicochemical parameters were within the range that was found favorable for the microbial action as well as increase the yield of the desired product, which is ethanol.
