Analysis of Critical Success Factors for Metro Construction Projects in India

Abstract

Critical success factors pertain to the objectives, principles, and economical performance of theproject. To understand goals and which methods are accustomed to achieve them and also the way tomake efficient its output, these all support designed critical success factor. It is well-known that theconstruction management or industries having dynamic nature due to its everywhere disseminationthrough technologies and within the developing countries, the construction industry is one altogetherthe foremost job creators. Once appropriate critical success factors for projects have been decided, itbecomes understandable to implement and to satisfy the requirement of the project. For each singleconstruction project within the time of feasibility analysis, it is required to possess the preparedsuccess factors. During this study, the views of assorted researchers were taken which shows thecritical success factors for the project implementation and project performance. Also, somequestionnaires were presumed, and supporting these questionnaires, remedial measures weresuggested.Keywords: Critical success implementation, project performance
