Response Surface Optimization of the Medium Components for the Production of Exo-polysaccharide by Lactobacillus plantarum MTCC 2621By Yogendra Singh
Abstract: This study was aimed to produce and purify the Exo-polysaccharides from the lactobacillus plantarum MTCC 2621 culture by using ethanol precipitation method by submerged fermentation. The culture showed the higher EPS and biomass yield by using suitable conditions.
