Abstract: This paper aims to study three Direct Torque Control (DTC) techniques for an Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (IPMSM) using Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC). In the conventional DTC technique using a look-up table, gate signals are given to the Inverter that drives IPMSM.
