Abstract: Eye care is an essential part of treatment of the critically ill patient, as various mechanisms normally encompassed in caring the eye from infection and injury are cooperated. Methodology: A developmental study was conducted involving Delphi technique in 3 phases. Result: Critical value of CVR according to Lawshe criteria for 11 panelists was 0.59.
