Abstract: The Poly(o-anisidine) (POA) and Titanium dioxide POA (POA/TiO2 ) composite thin film based for gas sensing application are synthesized. Pure POA and POA/TiO2 composites with 20wt% of TiO2 were synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization of o-anisidine using ammonium persulfate in acidic medium at 0-50C.
