Abstract: In this work, we report the structural morphology, optical properties and photocatalytic activity of polymer capped zinc indium selenide nanoparticles, which have been synthesized by solvothermal method. PVA is acted as capping agent. The PVA capped zinc indium selenide nanoparticles were characterized using XRD, SEM with EDAX, AFM, TEM and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy.
