Abstract: Prevalence of Maternal morbidity was studied in Owerri, Imo State south eastern Nigeria from January to December, 2016. A total of 41 hospitals and 10 primary health care centres were selected for the study. A structured questionnaire comprising of 2 sections: A. Institutional record and B.
