Abstract: Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) causes different pathological conditions in chickens of all age groups. In the present study, the transcriptome profile of APEC infected liver samples and control birds was studied. We sequenced 12 liver RNA libraries generated from six APEC infected and control liver samples, respectively.
