  Abstract: Abstract Present research aims at finding out better fiber reinforcement for low cost and eco-friendly polymer matrix composite. Polypropylene was chosen as a matrix, while jute and banana fiber were chosen as reinforcement. Composites were prepared by using a hot press machine. Fiber loading was varied at 0, 4 and 8 volume%.
