  Auxiliary Characterization of (Co, Mn) Co-doped Zinc Oxide Thin Films

  Abstract: Cobalt and manganese are both co-doped with zinc oxide films were set up by sol-gel turn covering strategy on quartz substrate by shifting the dopants focus. The result of dopants focus was researched by x-beam diffraction (XRD). The XRD design demonstrates that the kept movies have polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure.
