Abstract: In the present study, a simple sample preparation method has been established for the determination of toxic elements (TEs) Cd, Cr and Pb in raw milk samples of buffalos and cow. These samples were collected from different locations such as industrial, roadside and near to residential areas of Karachi, Pakistan.
