Abstract: Co doped ZnO (COZ) nanoparticles were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique followed by annealing at three different temperatures. XRD, UV- Vis spectroscopy, Photoluminescence (PL) studies, Scanning electron microscopy (SE), and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) studies were made to analyze the structural, optical and magnetic properties.
