Abstract: ABSTRACTThis paper proposes a compact and low-priced antenna that operates in Ultra Wide Band (UWB) at X-band and C-band for short-range communication applications. The frequency band ranging 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz is allocated to ultra-wideband. The values of VSWR and return loss for this antenna are less than 1.5 and -10db respectively.
