Abstract: In this paper, a method for designing a two stage Complementary Metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) operational amplifier using 180 nm technology is suggested. CMOS technology is used in digital logic circuits, microprocessors and to construct integrated circuits. CMOS has almost no static power dissipation.
